I’ve had this security service for a year now and it’s been awesome! The app is easy to use and if there ever is a problem it’s easy to get in contact with the office and get things fixed. Andrew Johnson was the sales rep and he was great and very informative (even showed me the system he had at his home). Kevin was my installer and helped recommend the best place to put the cameras. They were super kind, never were bothered by my massive mildly annoying dogs, explained the details of the system incredibly well, and got it all put up in such a timely manner. I didn’t quite realize I was getting locked into a five years contract until the day of installation, but the peace of mind and comfort having the system brings me is definitely something I don’t see myself willing to not have any time soon, so I’m completely fine with it.
