I’ve had this security service for a year now and it’s been awesome! The app is easy to use and if there ever is a problem it’s easy to get in contact with the office and get things fixed. Andrew Johnson was the sales rep and he was great and very informative (even showed me the system he had at his home). Kevin was my installer and helped recommend the best place to put the cameras. Lastly, Dylan was an operator that connected me when my cameras did go out. All around great service!

Dylan just walked me through adjusting a couple of things on the panel of our in-home security service. He did a great job with taking me through every single step. He was patient and very good in explaining what to do next. I can highly recommend him.

Dylan was fast, prompt, and knowledgeable. He searched the system, reviewed previous notes, and got us a quick time slot that works with my schedule. Dylan also brought to my attention the warranty policy, which I had not thought of. Also was able to get me over to sales to find a product that maybe for effective and efficient for my home protection needs.Thanks Dylan for the help, support, and input.

Brandon originally came to my home to discuss the system. He was friendly, kind, and overall just an incredible sales person (very good at his job lol.) I wanted a security system for my own peace of mind, but was on the fence about it. Brandon made this process so much less intimidating and easy to understand. Wyatt and Kevin both came to install my system due to it being late. I cannot say enough good things about them both. They were super kind, never were bothered by my massive mildly annoying dogs, explained the details of the system incredibly well, and got it all put up in such a timely manner. I didn’t quite realize I was getting locked into a five years contract until the day of installation, but the peace of mind and comfort having the system brings me is definitely something I don’t see myself willing to not have any time soon, so I’m completely fine with it. Highly recommend them for security needs!
